Matthew Cullinan

Matthew is an expert in green infrastructure and sustainable urban development. He has a Master’s in City and Regional Planning, with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Environmental Science.  Matthew is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Atlantis Special Economic Zone for Green Technologies.  Prior to this he was the CEO of MCA Urban and Environmental Planners, a technical advisory company focusing on green urban infrastructure policy, planning and development.
