Adam is an environmental chemist with experience across the renewable industry, specifically wind (on and offshore), solar, hydro, energy storage, green hydrogen, green ammonia and hybrid projects. He has worked on energy projects in more than 20 countries across the globe. His experience stems from site finding, development, pre-construction, acquisition and operational technical due diligence as well as turbine supply, O&M, asset management, BOP and civil contract negotiations, construction and operational monitoring, turbine installation and inspections and turbine technology reviews. Adam’s previous roles have enabled him to understand the full life cycle of renewables projects, having worked for a developer, with multinational energy firms and operating on a consultancy basis. He has led and mentored engineering teams, including P&L and line management responsibility, carrying out services for equity, debt providers, developers, owners, governments, NGOs and regulatory bodies so understands risk identification and mitigation from many positions. He has personally worked on over 20GW of renewable energy projects and has negotiated supply contracts for more than 2GW.
