Bridgette Kannemeyer

Bridgette Kannemeyer is a Learning and Development Specialist with eight years of successful experience in various functional areas of Human Resources. Bridgette enjoys helping people shift from a job mindset where they perform transactional duties in return for compensation and not much else to that of a purpose mindset thus allowing them to be passionate, innovative and committed to a meaningful and engaging workplace that serves and benefits all stakeholders. Bridgette holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is registered as an HR Professional with the SA Board for People Practices. Her most recent employment is with Red Rocket South Africa (Pty) Ltd. as the Learning and Development Partner. She relishes imparting her experiences, challenges and knowledge at industry events and was a panelist at the Windaba Connect in 2023 and a moderator at the Solar & Storage Live Cape Town 2024. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, enjoys hiking and the outdoors and finds inspiration in lifelong learning.
