Daniel Hollander
Daniel Hollander is the Deputy Program Office Director for Power Africa. He is an infrastructure and utility strengthening expert. He joined the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in 2009 and has served as director of water and infrastructure at USAID/West Bank & Gaza, managed clean energy activities along the Mekong at USAID/RDMA, and has provided infrastructure and utility support to a dozen missions. A civil engineer by trade and education, he recently took a hiatus from the foreign service and served as Chief of Party of a five-year, global USAID water and sanitation utility strengthening project.
