An inclusive leader who has designed and built high - performing administrative systems, processes and teams across geographies , he is a global expert with best practice virtuosity - visioning, policy excellence, financial management, organisation transformation, ERP & IT. He is a trusted partner who has mobili s ed resources for large environmental portfolios. He holds a Master’s in Management from Massey University, New Zealand. Prior to joining the International Solar Alliance as the Chief of Operations, he served as the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Environment in Fiji.
