Lee Wee is the founder and Chairman of REMC Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore and REM Ltd in Rwanda. He is also the Managing Director of Whitestone Consulting Pte Ltd, an executive search firm which he founded in 1999. Its search assignments are focused on senior executive level positions in Singapore and Malaysia, and to a lesser extent, Hong Kong, China and Rwanda. Lee Wee started his career in banking but left the industry after a few years to move into the education industry in Canada and later the stockbroking industry back in Singapore. For the last 20+ years, he has been in the executive search industry and more recently in the corporate advisory industry, where given his extensive contacts, he was able to put M&A deals together. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree majoring in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington D.C., USA and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, USA.
