Pippa Brown

Pippa Brown is the Senior Manager: Operations at the Energy Council of South Africa, ensuring that the Council plays a leadership role in South Africa’s energy sector, driving stakeholder and policy alignment and assisting in addressing major issues in the energy landscape for inclusive economic growth. She is responsible for the design and implementation of business operations, promoting the culture and vision of the Council, engaging with the energy sector and overseeing operational delivery. She has over 18 years’ experience in the energy sector with 11 years working internationally for a top risk management consultancy on global energy projects and was most recently the COO of an international events and networking business focused on creating high-impact relationships in the energy and finance sectors.
