Raul de Luzenberger
Raul de Luzenberger is the Deputy Head of Delegation, at the European Union (EU) Office, in Tshwane, South Africa. He moved to South Africa in 2017. He served as Inspector of the EU Delegation in Brussels, Belgium, as Deputy Head of Delegation at the EU Office in Rabat, Morocco, as Head of Delegation of the EU Office in Yerevan, Armenia as Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Oriental Studies in Napoli. Raul holds economics degrees from the University of Naples Federico II and the University of Rome, both in Italy, and an MA in Economics from the University of UK.
