Robert Wagener
Robert Wagener is Head of Business Development at ABO Wind AG, focusing on sub–Saharan Africa, where he also heads the activities of the subsidiary in South Africa. ABO Wind is a founder-run renewable energy company (project development, financing, turnkey deliveries and O&M) headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany. Currently the company has offices in 16 countries worldwide, covering wind, solar-PV, hydrogen and battery projects. Robert has worked in the renewable energy sector throughout his professional career. He worked for both developers and IPPs, covering business development, M&A and project development in Central and Eastern Europe, Colombia, and Southern Africa.
