Theo’s professional career spans more than 25 years across investment banking (J.P. Morgan, Barings, Investec), asset management (Sortino, Gaia, Climate Fund Managers) and capital markets advisory work (DBSA, i2i Capital Advisors, Enpower Trading). During this time he has worked in various specialist structuring and advisory roles in areas such as financial derivatives, structured finance, project finance (particularly renewable energy), private equity, private debt and venture capital.
