Aradhna Pandarum is a strategic and impact-driven executive leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Director and Head of Just Energy Transition. With over a decade of experience across engineering, research and executive management, she brings deep expertise in renewable energy, power systems and the green economy. A registered Professional Electrical Engineer with ECSA, she also serves as an international board member of CIGRE and is widely recognised as a thought leader, mentor and global speaker. Aradhna has led multi-million-rand programmes, forged cross-sector partnerships spanning the public, private and academic spheres, and developed innovative strategies to accelerate South Africa’s Just Energy Transition. Her work focuses on shaping inclusive energy futures, advancing green hydrogen and empowering communities and SMMEs within emerging value chains.
